Yes, we do charge a fee for cancellations and reschedules only if it is done 24 hours prioir to booking.
Cancellation 24 Hour prior to booking: 50$. Cancellation 1 Hour before booking 100$
Rescheduling 24 hour prioir to booking: 40$
The booking amount is put on hold 72 hours prioir to booking. The card is charged ones the cleaning is completed.
