  1. Cancellation 24 Hours Prior to Booking: If you need to cancel your cleaning service at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.   2. Cancellation Within 1 Hour Before Booking: In the event of a cancellation within 1 hour of your scheduled booking, a cancellation fee of $100 will apply. Last-minute cancellations pose significant challenges for us, as we may have already allocated resources and scheduled our cleaners.

Rescheduling Fee: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule your cleaning service. To ensure the smoothest experience for all our customers and maintain the availability of our cleaning team, a rescheduling fee of $40 will be applied if you request to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time.
