However, we kindly request that you provide us with sufficient notice to accommodate both our schedule and our dedicated cleaning team. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Rescheduling Fee: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule your cleaning service. To ensure the smoothest experience for all our customers and maintain the availability of our cleaning team, following rescheduling fee will be applicable:
If the service is canceled due to any reason stated under “Safety, Health Hazard & Right to Refuse Service,” a full 100% of the service fee will be charged.
Please note that all rescheduling and cancellation requests must be submitted during working hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Any request submitted after working hours will be considered a next-day request.
